Hearing aids work hard, every day, in warm and sometimes damp conditions. Over time they need a little care. A blocked filter, a worn tube or a tired receiver can make a good hearing aid sound flat, and it is easy to assume the device is failing when it simply needs servicing.
Bring yours in and we will take a proper look. Many problems are quick to put right, and a lot of repairs can be done in the clinic while you wait, so you are not left without your hearing for days on end.
What we look after
We clean, service and repair most makes and models, including hearing aids that were not originally fitted with us. That covers deep cleaning, replacing tubes and filters, refitting domes and moulds, and diagnosing faults to get your sound back to its best.
If a hearing aid is genuinely beyond an economical repair, we will tell you honestly and talk through your options. No hard sell, just straight advice from someone local you can trust.
